My plan to become a bedwetter

When a kid stops wetting the bed, the general progression is:

wet the bed -> wake up in middle of night, get up, go to go to bathroom -> only need to go to bathroom in the morning

For the kid, wetting the bed is easier since you don't have to get out of the warm bed to go to the bathroom. Getting up is very annoying and its easier for the body to just pee in the bed. I plan to take this idea and do it in reverse:

Pee in morning -> wake up in middle of night to go to bathroom, get up, go to bathroom -> stop getting up and start wetting the bed -> eventually I won't wake up anymore and the body will default to wetting in my sleep.

See for our bodies it is easier to just hold the pee until morning instead of waking up in the middle of the night. The tough part of this plan will be waking up every night to go the bathroom, but the harder and more annoying it is, the better. This is because then once I decide to just wet the bed instead of getting up, my body will be so much happier since it does not have to get up anymore. I cannot allow waiting until morning to be an option so my body will have to choose between getting up out of the warm bed and into the cold bathroom, or just peeing right there in bed.

I will be wearing diapers at night when I switch to peeing in bed so to increase the preference to bed wetting instead of getting up to go to the bathroom. My bed won't even get wet and the warm diaper will feel even better so my body will learn to love bedwetting. Then it will not be long until I have been trained back to bedwetting. To stop wetting, I would have to train like a child again to stop.

Every day I will update on weather I was able to convice myself to get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
